Personal Agent Terms of Use

Personal, non-commercial use
Personal Agent is a private, non-commercial service operated by Peter Schillinger for his own personal productivity, planning, and inbox organization. It is not offered to the public and no account, subscription, or support service is available to other users.
Authorized access
Only Peter Schillinger may authorize Google account access for this service. Google access may be revoked at any time through the relevant Google Account settings.
Service behavior
The service may organize Gmail and support personal planning using Google Calendar. It does not delete email, initiate payments, transfer money, place trades, or make financial, legal, medical, or other regulated decisions. Any email send or Calendar change requires Peter’s explicit instruction.
No reliance by third parties
The service is not intended for use or reliance by any third party. Its output is personal working assistance, not professional advice or a public representation.
Availability and changes
This is a self-hosted personal service. It may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Features that depend on Google APIs are also subject to Google’s terms, policies, and service availability.
